made this tonight and it turned out great. was out of mayo and sour cream so used light miracle whip-surprisingly it worked rather well. added a hint of sweetness to complement the (lemon) basil and oregano. also put cheese on top as a previous poster suggested. this will become a regular dish in our household, my wife who usually doesn't like fish loved this one.
It was ok. 2 packages of gravy mix was too much for my family and much of it went to waste. We did serve homemade mashed potatoes w/it. Yummmmm. This will be a staple come fall/winter.
It would be helpful if there was more information. I guess by the ingredients one could figure out what they are for but specifics like size of mold or does the food coloring color your bath... ? etc.
really excellent! I had to modify the peppers a little: one fresh banana pepper, 1 habanero, and a very very tiny jalapeƱo. I also added summer squash and used sesame seeds for peanuts. delicious.
I halved the amount of spices since I was serving it to my kids. My four year old devoured the beans and kept talking about how much she loved them.
They were good. Next time I may use some slivered almonds on top for presentation, especially if I am making this for others.
I just made this last weekend and it was perfect! Very moist, all ingredients worked perfectly. The only changes I made were the following: used 1/2 organic honey & 1/2 lite agave; used rice milk + 1 tsp vanilla in place of soy milk.
Tasty! Mine didn't look as pretty, and I wish I had had lemon wedges, I think it would have livened up the dish. I used dried rosemary rather than fresh which I also think was a mistake. Other than that it was delish.
My family (consisting of 3 teens, 2 elem. age kids, and 2 adults) all loved this recipe. It's easy and quite delicious. Definitely not your run-of-the-mill crockpot chicken.
Many thanks to Mondy for sharing the recipe.

Yumm, I love oven roasted potatoes. These are delicious. Great Recipe!!
The reciped needed something—like cinnamon or allspice or something. It was tad bland for my taste. However, it was easy and my kids have loved it.

Extremely tasty dish. I let the cream cooked just a tad bit too long but it was still delicious.
This recipe was excellent. I used pineapple and bacon stuffed chicken sausage for the meat portion.
