Easy Poached Eggs - TastyPlanner.com

This is a quick way to make poached eggs that doesn’t require specialized equipment (i.e., egg cups).
Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar recommended)
water
Instructions
Simmer water in a pan, preventing it from boiling. Add vinegar. Crack the egg into a small cup.
Using a spoon, stir the water in a circular fashion. While the water is still in motion, pour the egg into the center of the water. Let cook 3-5 minutes or until the egg has reached desired firmness.
Spoon the egg out with a slotted spoon, and lightly blot dry on a paper towel if desired.
