Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup paresan cheese
1 baby carrot
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Make 3 balls. One small, one medium, one large. Roll each ball in parmesan cheese and place on plate in shape of snowman. Place peppercorns for eyes, mouth and buttons, cut tip of baby carrot and place for nose. Seriously adorable!
