Brined Pork Chops - TastyPlanner.com

tasty pork chops and so versatile
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 cup salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 TBSP black peppercorns
1 TBSP mustard powder
2 cups cider vineger, heated
1 pound ice cubes
Instructions
Heat up cider vineger. Dissolve salt, brown sugar, black peppercorns and mustard powder in plastic bag.
Place pork chops in brine at least 4 hours and refrigerate.
Grill to desired done ness.
