Homemade Hot Pockets - TastyPlanner.com

I love having a warm sandwich to go with soup, but I don’t always want to make several grilled cheese sandwiches while I’m trying to figure out the rest of dinner. These also make GREAT appetizers, if baked up and sliced in 1-inch widths.
Ingredients
1 tube crescent rolls (keep flat)
1 pound total)
2 types of cheese slices
Instructions
Open crescent roll package and lay flat, pinching seams. I usually keep one “rectangle” separate, to close up the top.
Lay out crescent roll and layer cold cuts and cheese (don’t go overboard with the cheese – three slices each is more than enough, but as much meat as you’d like is great.)
Leave enough crescent roll on the sides to fold in…and close completely. (This is where I use the rectangle left-over to cover the top and seal the edges.)
Follow the directions on the crescent roll package for baking.
