Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup taco sauce
6 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
10 taco shells
Instructions
In 10-inch skillet cook turkey over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink (5 to 7 minutes). Stir in taco sauce. Continue cooking until mixture just comes to a boil (2 to 3 minutes). Add cheese. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand until cheese is melted (3 minutes). Stir in cheese. Meanwhile, warm taco shells as directed on package. Spoon about 2 tablespoons chicken mixture into each shell. Serve with lettuce, sour cream and tomato
