Tender shredded pork cooked all day in the slow cooker and finished off with BBQ sauce! A Southern favorite, from California!

Ingredients
5 pound boneless pork loin
2 bottles Mo's BBQ sauce
Instructions
Cut pork loin into large chunks and add to slow cooker, with about 1/4 cup room temperature water. (The water helps maintain the moisture in the pork). Add salt and pepper to taste and allow to slow cook for about 6 to 7 hours. Check pork at 6 hours and shred in slow cooker with fork. Add BBQ sauce and turn cooker to “warm.” Place generous amount of pork onto French rolls and if desired add more BBQ sauce and prepared coleslaw.
