Delicious spiced Indian rice
Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil
4 Hot Chili Peppers chopped
10 grams Ginger Root
3/4 cup Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice
1 Red Potato
35 grams Pigeon Peas
1 salt to taste
25 tspTurmeric powder
1 cup water
Instructions
Prep: Cut potatoes, hot chili peppers, grate ginger root. Wash and soak rice for about five minutes. Cook: Mix all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cook for about eight to ten minutes. Cooking time varies according to pressure cooker. Please consult pressure cooker manual. Or 45 mins if you dont have a pressure cooker.
I have no idea how much the grams convert too, and I also have no clue what piegeon peas are, I’m just going to wing it and see how it comes out, after I’ve tried it I will update it.
