Barcelona Salad - TastyPlanner.com

A knock-off version of the great tapas salad I discovered in Barcelona.

Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 cos lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
1 pack of creamy goat cheese, crumbled
1 handful of pine-nuts
1 heaped tablespoon of butter
2 small pears, finely chopped
1 pinch of rock salt
1 dash of balsamic glaze
Instructions
Fry chopped pears in butter until golden, seasoning with rock salt. Toss with lettuce, goat cheese and pine nuts, and dress with balsamic glaze.
