Asperigus and Prescuito pasta - TastyPlanner.com

Ingredients
12 slices prosciutto (cubed)
250 grams rotini pasta
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
1 bushel asparagus tips
Instructions
boil a largish pot of water for the pasta. boil the asperigus (8 minutes) cook the pasta **when the pasta is almost done, take out 1 cup of the pasta water (note: the recipe will not work as well if you just use 1 cup boiling water, something to do with the starch in the pasta water, you NEED the pasta water) drain the pasta, mix the asperigus with the pasta , add the water, add the mozerella, stir for a while adding the procuito cubes
