Vegetable Stuffing Bake - TastyPlanner.com

A good side dish for potlucks and easy.
Ingredients
1 medium onion(chopped)
2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheez whiz
1 pkg frozen cauliflour(thawed)
1 pkg frozen corn (thawed)
1 pkg fozen broccoli(thawed)
1 pkg corn bread stuffing mix(divided)
Instructions
In a large skillet saute onion in oil until tender.Stir in the soup and cheese suce until blended;heat through.In a large bowl combine the vegetables and 1 cup of the stuffing mix.Add soup mixture and mix well.Transfer to a well greased baking dish.Sprinkle with the remaining stuffing mix.Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minues.
