Egg and cheese casserole

Prep time: 35 Min. Cook time: 30 Min. Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 slices white bread

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1/4 cup minced onion

1 tsp worchershire sauce

12 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

8oz shredded sharp cheddar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375.Grease a 9 inh square pan.Arrange bread in an even layer.With a fork beat together eggs,milk minced onion,worchershire sauce,salt and pepper.Stir in cheese,then pour mixture evenly over bread.Meanwhile set dish aside and let egg mixture set at room temperature for 15 minutes.Bake for about 30 minutes or until top is puffed and browned.Sprinkle additional cheese on top if desired.
