Cheese Ravioli with Sauce - TastyPlanner.com

Homemade ravioli with a simple sauce

Prep time: 35 Min. Cook time: 8 Min. Serves: 5

Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers

3/4 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp miced parsley

1 egg

1 tsp white pepper

1/2 tsp grated lemon zest

3 tbsp butter(melted)

3 tbsp minced parsley

1 tomato(chopped)

Instructions

Combine all filling ingredients.Fill wonton wrappers as according to package directions.Cook according to package directions.Place hot drained ravioli in a serving bowl.Pour melted butter over and add cheese,tomatoes and parsley. Toss gently to combine.
