Banana Oatmeal Pancakes - TastyPlanner.com

Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups skim milk or soy milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup splenda
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 mashed banana
Instructions
mix dry ingredients together, add wet. Let set 10 minutes. Cook like regular pancakes in skillet 2-3 minutes a side. Makes 12 small Pancakes.
