A great dessert for company when you have nothing in the pantry.

Serves: 8
Ingredients
1 egg
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. flour
Instructions
Stir together egg, sugar, and vanilla. Sift together, flour, salt, baking soda & add to wet ingredients. Add nuts. Spread into greased 8×8 pan. Bake @ 350 for 18 to 20 minutes.
