Ingredients
4 cups cooked orzo pasta
1 sweet red pepper, diced
1 cup canned chick-peas, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons scallions, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the orzo, pepper, and chick-peas. In a small bowl, mix the scallions, tahini, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, honey, oil, vinegar, and mustard. Pour over the salad; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Toss well.
