Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs round steak, trimmed of fat
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped, according to your taste preference
1/2 c. beef broth
3 ribs celery sliced
20-oz jar salsa
15-oz can black beans, or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. cheddar cheese.
Instructions
Cut beef into 6 pieces. Place in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, and pour over beef. Cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
